Rockwool pipe sections are pre-formed mineral wool insulation moulded to fit standard pipe sizes. Mineral wool is widely used on high-temperature pipework such as steam, hot process lines and boiler connections. Sections are secured with binding wire or bands and protected with metal cladding.
